There is an addon that says it hacks ur roll to be always on 99 but it only shows u Rick Roll.
The other method is the one mentioned by Krisjanis was about. I had it somewhere but i lost it. I'll try to find and post it here.

Every roll hack through macro just adds message to textbox, visible only to you.

punistool did that thing, but if anyone in the raid has a client in any language other than english would see that you have cheated

Thats not working.No hacks available for Roll hacking.thats A Server Side thing.so its not possible:)
