I pm'ed you but i try my luck here again.
Did you find the object rotation/facedirection? The same goes for level.
How big is your object struct? something about <500?
I'm currently trying to port my framework to c++ and use some directX hooking to draw all the stuff rigth in game, maybe we can exchange some experience.
ps: before i forget about it: do you know how that ranger_radar works? I mean I couldn't see that aoc is writing anything to a file or else but i would like o have the option between dx9 overlay and just the (mini-)map.

fre|Aoc framework:
dx9:
_drawing to aoc: done
_ig_dx9_menue: done
_save_setting: todo
_add_main_engine: todo
_reverse_more_of_the_object+player_struct: todo
I know object rotation and object level but the level part is a tad tricky.
I am writing a DX9 and 10 hook version currently but I'm also currently working on 3 other AoC projects, so dunno when that would be complete.
What do you mean how the ranger radar works? I know where the ranger object array is. AoC has 3 object arrays.
1: is raw and unfiltered showing everything within max range that the server is willing to send you... exact meter range i don't know for sure.
2: filtered Array, showing you everything except filtered down to your visual range. (NPCs,Players,Objects)
3: filtered Array, showing only NPC and Players. All other objects have been filtered out, it has the max range of the #1 unfiltered array except that it's only for npcs/ players. This is the array that is used by rangers.
