Terms of Service:
We hold the right to alter these terms at any time without notice, we hold all parties who donate to the Deathsoft.com site to these terms and we will enforce them strictly, by donating to Deathsoft.com you hereby agree to these terms.

1)Donations Through PayPal:
We are aware that paypal might not be open to some users in countries, we continue to evaluate possible ways to support these users.

2)Refunds/Illegal Donations/Fraud:
Deathsoft.com does not refund donations made through its donation page. Contested donations or claims made with paypal for reclaims/illegal CreditCard usage claims etc, will be fought and we will provide all needed information that we have to enforce this section of our TOS and Protect our VIP members. If you do not want to donate then do not do so. We provide access to a special area of the site and also provide you with a special access to closed material that is intended for VIP members only as a result to protect our posting VIP members and our selves ALL DONATIONS ARE FINAL.. If you donated using a stolen Credit Card or something else we will assist paypal/law enforcement in every way providing logs of your IP and any other information we have on you.

3)Donation Processing:
All Donations are verified, once your donation has been verified you are given VIP status within 72 hours (normally much less then that) of making your donation. Once you have donated you must PM Devalina on the Deathsoft.com forums providing your paypal e-mail address as a confirmation of your donation, you then upon confirmation will be issued VIP membership data and moved into the Site Donators membergroup.

4)Tax Deductions:
Q)May I get a tax deduction for my donation?
A)To the best of our knowledge, no.

5)Content:
All content posted on Deathsoft.com becomes the property of Deathsoft.com and may be used by Deathsoft.com, admin staff,users,moderators,etc in anyway. VIP content created for the VIP members are the sole property of Deathsoft.com and will remain so, anyone found distributing VIP content will risk having there VIP membership revoked losing your donation, and possibly being banned form the site.

6)Liability:
Deathsoft.com or anyone directly connected to Deathsoft.com will/can not be held liable for any damages that may accrue from any information or program(s) found on this site. We do our best to test as much as we can and remove anything that might harm a user but we are only human and therefore sometimes things get past us. We consider everything on this site USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, this means that if you are not willing to risk the possibility of a banning of your account or any other damages that might result from using something found on this site then we strongly suggest you avoid doing so. We take no responsibility for the theft or loss of accounts in any game/service talked about on this site and take no responsibility for any damages 3rd party software'sprograms found on this site might cause, that implies but is not limited to theft or system failures.
